Provably Fair

Documented

Published item oddsYes. Every box page I sampled lists each item's drop chance and value before you buy (31 of 306 boxes, including the cheapest and the most expensive). The terms say every product in a box 'is displayed beneath the Box listing'.
Verification methodServer seed (SHA256 hash shown before play, revealed when retired), client seed (can be edited), nonce starting at 1. Combined as clientSeed:serverSeed:nonce, hashed with SHA512, and the first 13 hex characters give a ticket from 1 to 100,000,000. The code is published and there is a verification section on the provably fair page.

Redemption optionsItems shipped to your address; item value withdrawn in crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT, USDC, DOGE); CS2 items to your Steam inventory. No bank, card or gift card cash-out is described.
Balance restrictionsWithdrawals are of item value (products exchanged for crypto or shipped), not of the credit balance. 'Credits deposited via ZEN cannot be withdrawn as cryptocurrency.' Balance from selling deposited CS2 skins 'cannot be withdrawn as real money'. Unused purchased credits can only be refunded at Lootbox's discretion, if asked within 30 days. There are daily withdrawal limits, and large withdrawals go through manual approval. No wagering multiple is stated.
Shipping informationYes. The homepage FAQ says IRL products are delivered to the USA, Canada, Brazil and most of Europe 'with no additional fees', and CS2 items go to Steam anywhere. However, the terms say delivery costs 'will be as displayed to you' and that the user pays all delivery and import fees, and the help center says the user pays customs duties. Average delivery is 3 to 30 days per the terms.

Our take: A young Cyprus operator (registered October 2024) with a big mixed catalogue of real item and CS2 boxes from 10 cents, published odds and published provably fair code. Only item value can be withdrawn, and Trustpilot data is thin so far.

Editorial rating: 3/5. Sources last checked 23 Sep 2026. Loot Boxes may earn a commission from links to this platform. Disclosure. A policy certification confirms documentation, not a gambling licence or a tested payout. Opening boxes costs money you can lose. 18+ and safer play.
